Our Mission: To reduce the population of homeless cats by rescuing, spaying and neutering, fostering and placing cats and kittens in suitable homes.

Non Profit Status: It’s All About the Cats, Inc was classified as a public charity under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. 

Solicitation: It’s All About the Cats, Inc no longer solicits donations. Please send your donation to one of the other many wonderful organizations that provide cat rescue, spay/neuter, etc.

Fiscal Responsibility: All of the funds remaining in our bank and paypal account at the time of our dissolution were distributed to other non-profit 501(c)(3) organizations in the Orlando area, including:

• Spay-N-Save, a Longwood animal clinic offering low-cost spay and neuter services (earmarked for TNR)
• Snip-It, a Kissimmee animal clinic offering low-cost spay and neuter services
• Leash Inc., a Lake County shelter that provides TNR services 
• Dexters Kitties, our Lake Nona area successor rescue
• New Beginning, our Altamonte Springs area successor rescue
