Peppy is a 3 year old spayed gray & white Maine Coon cat. Very petite for her breed (~ 7 lb). She has lived outdoors on 3 rural acres (in Narcoossee) since a kitten.  Her 85 year old owner had a stroke and never came back home.  Neighbor has been feeding her every morning through the fence for over a month.  She is very friendly, playful and loving, and now very lonely.

The neighbor believes that Peppy's
vaccines were due in January of this year so they are overdue. However, our group (It's All About the Cats) will update her vaccines prior to adoption - to include the rabies vaccine and the FVRCP (distemper) vaccine.

There was an older Schnauzer (10+ yrs.) that lived at the property but passed away last year.  Peppy got along with that dog, but we do not know how she will do with other dogs. She has never been around any other cats or small kids - so we do not know how she would do with them either.

Please help us to find her a forever home.  Any assistance would be GREATLY appreciated. Adoption fee is negotiable.

This is a courtesy listing to assist the neighbor in finding a loving home for Peppy. Please contact Suzanne directly at if you want more info or if you want to meet Peppy.

What's included in the adoption fee?

All cats and kittens in the It's All About the Cats adoption program will be spayed or neutered, current on vaccines (rabies and FVRCP combo vaccines), tested for FeLV/FIV, treated for internal and external parasites and most have been microchipped.
