Wambley is beautiful black cat, with thick fur and large golden eyes. Her soft, luxurious coat that reminds us of rabbit fur. This young lady has a very large frame and will be a big cat when she is full grown.
Wambley and her brother, Wimbley, got their names because they were such easy-going young kittens (Wimbley / Wambley Cats). Nothing has changed as this young lady is growing up. She still has the perfect personality that does not get upset or ruffled about anything. That is why she would make a perfect family cat.
Wambley is a very active young cat. She loves to run and play with toys, but then when she gets tired, she wants a nice lap to snuggle in.
Wambley is one of many black cats that we have in foster care at this time. Unfortunately, the odds are against her getting adopted especially as she gets older. We are not sure why black cats have the lowest adoption rate of all cats - but one thing we do know for certain is that black cats are some of the most loving and affectionate that we have come across. Wambley is no exception. For more information about black cats, please see our TOP 10 Reasons to Adopt a Black Cat page.
Note to file: Wambley has always been very active since we rescued her as a little baby. She and her brother Wimbley (he has been adopted) were such an active duo, always playing and chasing each other around - they made us think of little otters they way they would play.
