Louis is: a big kitten, playful and curious but very gentle. He never uses his claws in play with humans and takes baths & oral medication very well. He gets along extremely well with his new foster brother & sister (that are a little bratty), listens when he is told no and does not claw furniture or jump on counters/tables. Louis loves to sleep in laps so if you’re looking for a lap cat – Louis is your man.
Louis was found on 1/25/13 lounging in the morning sunshine in a College Park Orlando yard. At first sight, he immediately adopted the homeowner – demanding food, love & a warm blanket. She knew he was not like the other feral cats that roam around and must have been lost. His new foster mom brought him into her home; bathed him (with no problems!) and acclimated him into her home. She posted flyers and ads to find his family – but with no avail, she is now looking for Louis’s new forever home. His fosters would love to keep him and would if they had more space, their home is just a wee bit cramped for three kitties.
Louis is believed to be between 9 & 12 months old, neutered, litter trained, negative for leukemia/aids and is up-to-date on all vaccines, including deworming. Louis is currently on Revolution for flea prevention and he will be due for his booster shots in May. He is eating hypoallergenic food due to his foster siblings’ dietary needs, but he will eat anything you put in front of his nose.
